Founded by Hayden Swann, a resourceful and dynamic Project/Construction Manager, Apex CEC was established to provide specialist consultancy services to the civil engineering sector, with a particular focus on water and utility infrastructure.
With a proven track record of delivering large and small budget projects for major clients including Anglian Water, Thames Water, and Wessex Water, our team brings extensive experience in directing civil works, managing multi-million pound budgets, and ensuring safe, compliant project delivery.
Our broad on-site experience spans procurement, design, commissioning of infrastructure and groundworks, with expertise across the full project lifecycle from initial planning through to final handover.
